From the start, Vroomshoopse Boys dominated the game, leaving Hatto-Heim struggling to keep up. The visitors displayed superior play and took the lead early in the 10th minute with a goal by Nick Wessels, setting the score at 0-1.
The relentless performance by Vroomshoopse Boys continued as they extended their lead to 0-2 and later to 0-3 with goals from Nick Wessels and Sil Derks. Despite efforts from Hatto-Heim, including a goal by Tijmen Neuteboom making it 1-3, they faced strong opposition from the determined Vroomshoopse Boys.
Although Hatto-Heim managed to narrow the lead to 2-3 with a goal by Jesse Winkelaar, the comeback was short-lived as Nick Wessels secured a hattrick and added another goal, sealing the victory at 2-5 for Vroomshoopse Boys.
